Areas of expertise include assessment of Fitness to Plead, mental capacity, diagnosis of a learning disability, suggestibility, malingering, mental health and substance misuse issues, cognitive impairments such as memory deficits and risk of violent and/or sexual offending. In family law cases I also undertake assessments of IQ/cognitive functioning, personality, capacity to parent, insight, risks and motivation to work with professionals.
